Ayr\u0131ca, G\u00fcney Kore&#8217;nin proje s\u00fcrecine \u00f6nderlik etti\u011fi, projenin Avrupa projeleri kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinin arzu edildi\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. Bu sebeple, Avrupal\u0131 \u00fclkelerin ihracat kredi ajanslar\u0131n\u0131n projeye \u00f6zel ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi, s\u00fcrece Asya Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n da dahil olabilece\u011fi ve 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar Laos ve Vietnam h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin ve finansman konular\u0131n\u0131n karara ba\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmi\u015ftir.<br>LVDP&#8217;nin ilk a\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in; 2027 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ihale s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve 2028 y\u0131l\u0131nda in\u015faat s\u00fcrecinin tamamlanarak 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda projenin ilk a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n bitirilmesi planlanmakta; projenin ikinci a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n ise be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde tamamlanmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.
