Projenin ana hedefi, <strong>yapay zek\u00e2, sanal ger\u00e7eklik ve de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimi<\/strong> <strong>(change management)<\/strong> konular\u0131nda \u015firketlerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyerek, bu do\u011frultuda yenilik\u00e7i mesleki e\u011fitim y\u00f6ntemleri geli\u015ftirmektir.<br>Avrupa Ticaret ve Sanayi Odalar\u0131 (EUROCHAMBRES) liderli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen EULEP projesi \u00e7ok uluslu bir<br>Konsorsiyum ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olup, <strong>T\u00fcrkiye ad\u0131na TOBB lider kurulu\u015f olarak TOBB ET\u00dc ve TEPAV ile birlikte<br>yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/strong> Proje kapsam\u0131nda 8 \u00fclkeden 20 kurulu\u015f ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br>Faaliyetlerine 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flanan s\u00f6z konusu proje kapsam\u0131nda KOB\u0130 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik &#8220;Yapay Zeka&#8221;,<br>&#8220;Sanal Ger\u00e7eklik&#8221; ve &#8220;De\u011fi\u015fim Y\u00f6netimi&#8221; konular\u0131nda e\u011fitimi mod\u00fclleri geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Temmuz-Ekim 2025<br>tarihleri aras\u0131nda da \u015firket personeline y\u00f6nelik \u00fccretsiz e\u011fitimler verilecektir.<br>S\u00f6z konusu e\u011fitimler ve proje hakk\u0131nda daha detayl\u0131 bilgi sunmak, \u00f6\u011frenim yolu ve metodolojilerini tan\u0131tmak<br>\u00fczere <strong>2 Temmuz 2025 \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 13:00<\/strong> \u2018da \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i bir webinar d\u00fczenlenecektir.
