{"id":3961,"date":"2023-06-19T11:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-19T08:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elazigtso.com\/tr\/?p=3961"},"modified":"2023-08-24T12:59:29","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T09:59:29","slug":"sirbistan-demiryolu-sektoru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elazigtso.org.tr\/tr\/index.php\/2023\/06\/19\/sirbistan-demiryolu-sektoru\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u0131rbistan Demiryolu Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Say\u0131n \u00dcyemiz,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TOBB taraf\u0131ndan Odam\u0131za g\u00f6nderilen yaz\u0131da, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 13.06.2023 tarih ve E-68460249-724.01.01-00086212037 say\u0131l\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131na atfen, Belgrad Ticaret M\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fi&#8217;nden al\u0131nan yaz\u0131ya atfen, S\u0131rbistan&#8217;da demiryolu sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn iyile\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik olarak 2015 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren kamu te\u015febb\u00fcslerinin kurulmas\u0131, yasal altyap\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi mevzuat\u0131 ile uyumlu bir \u015fekilde hizmetlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi vb. bir\u00e7ok faaliyetin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fine atfen S\u0131rbistan&#8217;da toplam demiryolu a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n uzunlu\u011funun 3.348,1 km, elektrikli hatlar\u0131n toplam uzunlu\u011funun 1.273,7 km, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 191 milyon yolcu-km&#8217;ye (y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda %21,7 art\u0131\u015f), y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ise 2,9 milyar net ton-km&#8217;ye (y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda %6,5 art\u0131\u015f) ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda 86 km b\u00f6lgesel ve lokal demiryolunun yeniden in\u015fa edildi\u011fi ve modernize edildi\u011fine, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise demiryolu in\u015fa faaliyetlerinin 52 km b\u00f6lgesel ve 143 km ana ula\u015ft\u0131rma koridoru olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fine vurgu yap\u0131larak, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde demiryolu a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi i\u00e7in demiryolu elektrifikasyonunun artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, demiryolu a\u011f\u0131nda 100 km\/saat \u00fczerinde ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\/ ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve demiryolu \u015firketlerinin y\u00f6netiminin geli\u015ftirilmesinin ama\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaz\u0131da devamla, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan Bat\u0131 Balkanlar Demiryolu Zirvesinde S\u0131rbistan Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan S\u0131rbistan&#8217;da demiryolu altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n modernize edilmesi i\u00e7in 6,5 Milyar Avro yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ama\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan da Trans-Avrupa Ula\u015ft\u0131rma A\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bat\u0131 Balkan \u00fclkelerinde geli\u015ftirilmesi faaliyetleri kapsam\u0131nda, \u00e7e\u015fitli finansman ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile demiryolu altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine y\u00f6nelik projelerin desteklendi\u011fi ifade edilerek, Trans-Avrupa Ula\u015ft\u0131rma A\u011f\u0131n\u0131n (TEN-T) Bat\u0131 Balkanlar geni\u015flemesine y\u00f6nelik be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma plan\u0131n\u0131n Nisan 2022&#8217;de yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00f6z konusu dok\u00fcmana <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.transportcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Five-Year-Rolling-Work-Plan-for-Development-of-IndicativeTEN-T-Extension-of-the-Comprehensive-and-Core-Network-in-Western-Balkans-1.pdf\">www.transportcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Five-Year-Rolling-Work-Plan-for-Development-of-IndicativeTEN-T-Extension-of-the-Comprehensive-and-Core-Network-in-Western-Balkans-1.pdf<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131ndan ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi kaydedilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kapsamda, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ve devam\u0131ndaki y\u0131llarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlanan, demiryolu hatlar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden in\u015fas\u0131 ve modernizasyonu projelerinin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn listesi g\u00f6nderilerek s\u00f6z konusu projelerden ilk be\u015f s\u0131rada yer alanlar\u0131n Bat\u0131 Balkanlar Yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00c7er\u00e7evesi (WBIF) kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinin planlanmakta oldu\u011fu, s\u00f6z konusu projelerin mevcut durumlar\u0131 ile detaylar\u0131na <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbif.eu\/wbifprojects\">https:\/\/www.wbif.eu\/wbifprojects<\/a><\/strong> ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131nda ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi belirtilmektedir.
