KOSGEB; bilgi g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamak, ki\u015fisel verileri korumak ve tebligat s\u00fcresini h\u0131zland\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla KOB\u0130\u2019lere y\u00f6nelik tebligatlar art\u0131k PTT Ulusal Elektronik Tebligat Sistemi (UETS) \u00fczerinden yapacak. 1 \u015eubat 2021 tarihine kadar UETS adresini, veri taban\u0131na kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rmayan KOB\u0130\u2019ler KOB\u0130 Bilgi Sistemine giri\u015f yapamayacak. KOB\u0130\u2019ler, https:\/\/basvuru.etebligat.gov.tr  adresi \u00fczerinden e-Tebligat adresi alabilecek.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mevzuat gere\u011fi KOB\u0130\u2019lerin UETS adreslerinin KOSGEB veri taban\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu kapsamda destek s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ili\u015fkin ba\u015fvuru formlar\u0131 revize edilirken t\u00fcm KOB\u0130\u2019lerin 15 haneli e-Tebligat adresi almalar\u0131 zorunlu hale geldi. 1 \u015eubat 2021 tarihine kadar UETS adresini, veri taban\u0131na kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rmayan KOB\u0130\u2019ler KOB\u0130 Bilgi Sistemine giri\u015f yapamayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasarruf Sa\u011flanacak\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

UETS ile fiziki ortamda haftalarca s\u00fcren tebligat i\u015flemleri h\u0131zlanacak. Tebligat\u0131n ne zaman yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00f6nderen kurumun ve al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n kim oldu\u011fu daha kolay tespit edilecek. Tebligatlar\u0131n k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t, zaman ve enerji kayb\u0131na sebebiyet vermesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UETS Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7201 say\u0131l\u0131 Tebligat Kanunu\u2019nun de\u011fi\u015ftirilen 7\/a maddesi ile 6.12.2018 tarihinde yay\u0131mlanan 30617 say\u0131l\u0131 Elektronik Tebligat Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uyar\u0131nca yap\u0131lan elektronik tebligat i\u015flemlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctmek amac\u0131yla PTT A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan kurulan, i\u015fletilen ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flanan sisteme UETS ad\u0131 veriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-Tebligat Nedir ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tebligat Kanununda belirlenen tebligat \u00e7\u0131karmaya yetkili merciler taraf\u0131ndan elektronik ortamda haz\u0131rlanan tebligatlar\u0131n e-Tebligat Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uygun olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilemez ve inkar edilemez bir \u015fekilde UETS yoluyla al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na iletilmesine e-Tebligat deniliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
